Yes, our three beautiful babies were born on April 1st, and contrary to what some thought, it was not an April Fools Joke- they actually were born on April Fools Day. (: Bates, Brooklyn and Grace entered this world at 7:34pm, 7:35pm, and 7:36pm... we have never experienced anything more amazing, and here is our blog to tell about it.

Bates' surgery went well. Dr. Askew removed 19 cm of dead intestine which she said wasnt that much and the part of it that absorbs nutrients was still in tact. PRAISE God!!!! There were three tiny spots the same size of a pin head that need to heal so she sutured over them and is expecting those parts to heal also- I am so thankful they had the wisdom to know to go in. This next few days are very important- prayerfully the healing will begin very soon and in the next few days he will begin to feel much better. Will keep you updated. Thank you for your continued prayers for Bates, as well as Brooklyn and Grace- you have no idea how much it means to us!
