So the latest update is that the dye did not move through the gall bladder. They are hoping that a simple "flush" will clear up the track in the gall bladder. The surgeon, Dr. Askew, will explore the gall bladder to to see if a flush is needed, or if she needs to untwist the track, or if it's just swollen and needs time to heal. It is very unlikely that he will need to get the major operation she had mentioned bc it does look like some stool has been moving through. I will be praying very much that it's an easy fix, and that the reconnection surgery and liver biopsy go very well.

Part of Brooklyn's liver biopsy came back and she does not have cirrhosis- Praise God! They are waiting for some other tests to come back regarding the liver. It was truly amazing holding her- she looked so adorable, and fell right asleep in my arms. It's funny how a 3 month old can encourage you and make you feel better, reminding you that all will be just fine simply by looking at you. (:

  1. I will once again attempt to post a comment as this will be my third try. Prayers have been going up all day. It has most likely been a very exhausting day and I pray for rest and peace for all. The postings have been much appreciated.
With continued prayers and blessings, "Mrs. Lynn"
