Brooklyn is now drinking 40 cc's of milk every 3 hours! They will be switching to a certain formula tomorrow- please pray she transitions well. Bates is now at 10 cc's every 3 hours and is doing well also! I do not think he will have to go back to the OR again for surgery as the dr. said she does not think he will need it- Praise God for that. Bates and Brooklyn's liver biopsies came back and is very similar. They both have spots of cirrhosis- Bates has a little less than Brooklyn's. We are waiting for one more blood test to come back to see if they have a particular liver disease, however, we are praying lots that they don't have it, and that the "spots of cirrhosis" are gone once they begin full feeds, as that is what will help it go away. The liver is very resilient in babies, and so we are continuing to believe God for total healing and for miracles in them, and are so thankful for the amazing things God has already done in them!

Bates is a whopping 9 pounds 5 ounces! Brooklyn is 7 pounds 6 ounces, and Grace is just over 8 pounds 1 ounce.

Pics to enjoy!

  2. What a great report to read this morning. Thanks for being so faithful to let us hear as the concern and prayers are plentiful. It is heart warming to read how much progress is being made and the darling pictures prove it. I thank the Lord also for both of the lovely grandmothers who are there to lend the much needed helping hand. God's blessings on you all,
