Brooklyn was able to get rid of the ventilator last night at 8pm- yey! She is doing well. Her crp is elevated to 3.4- sometimes the stress of surgery can elevate it, but she is also on antibiotics, so hopefully, that will come down soon. We might get to hold her today!
They will be taking Bates down at 10am for the hyda scan to take xrays to see if the dye has advanced and moved through his intestinal track- I pray that it has so we know there is no blockage! During his surgery today, they are reconnecting him as well as getting rid of the hernia he has. I will let you know how the surgery goes as soon as we know something. Thx for y'alls prayers!
Yes, our three beautiful babies were born on April 1st, and contrary to what some thought, it was not an April Fools Joke- they actually were born on April Fools Day. (: Bates, Brooklyn and Grace entered this world at 7:34pm, 7:35pm, and 7:36pm... we have never experienced anything more amazing, and here is our blog to tell about it.
