Bates looked so cute without the ventilator! He is breathing well, and his crp came down some. We are praying that his platelets go up, that the infection completely goes away, and that the extra fluid in his stomach reabsorbs so his tummy size goes down some. He seems like he feels much better than the other day. He is taking some good steps, and has some more to go, but we are praying and know that he will get there soon!
Grace took her "Car Seat Challenge" and passed it! To pass, they need to Not DSAT (forget to breathe) for 1.5 hours while sitting in the car seat which they just put in the crib. So, that's one thing checked off the list, and will let you know if we hear anything about when she is coming home.
They increased Brooklyn's feeds to 1.3 cc's per hour- praying they will be able to increase those more and more!
