We just heard from the doctor that Bates had some streaks of blood in his stool, and so they took an xray of his stomach and the radiologist, who is one of the best they have, is pretty sure that he saw spots of NEC, the horrible infection that he previously had. His blood work all looks normal right now. They are doing another x-ray right now, stopped his feeds, started antibiotics and IV fluids. Please, please, please pray that there is nothing there and if there is something that it would be small and go away very quickly with the antibiotics. I am so scared right now, but am just praying and praying that Bates is completely healed and fine. Thank you also for praying!
