Brooklyn's crp level went up a little, but they said its normal to fluctuate after surgery. We want it to get lower. Her platlet number thankfully wemt up from 40 something to 89. This is a positive thing and we now need it to go up to about 150. This next week is still critical so thank you for your continued prayers for sweet Brooklyn. We love getting to sit with her and putting our hand on her head and her tiny feet and just enjoy so much being with her, and we are looking forward to her full recovery.
Bates reached a milestone today- he was sucking his thumb- he looked so freakin' cute! (: He also got a sponge bath today. Pls also pray that he and Grace continue to do well. He weighs 3 pounds 13 ounces today!
Grace gets to wear "real clothes" now as they are trying to teach her to regulate her own temperature. She looks so cute in the t shirt she is in. Of course now she will be decked out in an Auburn hat and some cute tiny outfit. Grace is also about to get a bath in a baby tub. She weighs 3 pounds 8 ounces!
Yes, our three beautiful babies were born on April 1st, and contrary to what some thought, it was not an April Fools Joke- they actually were born on April Fools Day. (: Bates, Brooklyn and Grace entered this world at 7:34pm, 7:35pm, and 7:36pm... we have never experienced anything more amazing, and here is our blog to tell about it.
