Brooklyn is now recovering from surgery and they said it could be anywhere from 48 - 72 hours when they should start seeing improvement and 5 days to one week is when we need to and should see the healing appear. That is our great prayer and what we are believing God for. I am so thankful that they did not have to remove any more of her intestines in surgery and now pray that God, the Great Physician and God of Healing, would make her all better and fully recovered.
Bates is almost 4 pounds! He is doing well and it continues to be great to hold him and spend time with all three of our little ones.
Grace is doing great and weighs about 3 pounds 9 ounces. I was able to give Grace her first bottle and she did a great job! Christian gave Gracie her first bath in a "big girl tub", basically the size of a fruit bowl. It was adorable, she loved it and Christian was a natural-that might become his main duty at home. (:
We are also very thankful for the nurses and doctors at the hospital. The doctors have been great and the nurses have been so supportive and they take awesome care of our babies when we can't be there. They are a great blessing.

Yes, our three beautiful babies were born on April 1st, and contrary to what some thought, it was not an April Fools Joke- they actually were born on April Fools Day. (: Bates, Brooklyn and Grace entered this world at 7:34pm, 7:35pm, and 7:36pm... we have never experienced anything more amazing, and here is our blog to tell about it.
