I was SO thankful to have my mom come visit me for a week while Christian was out of town- she is such a God-send and made my week so much better, and theirs! (:

We were so glad to see Christian when he came home! the kiddos really missed him and were overjoyed when he walked through the door. Here are some pics playing with bubbles in the backyard. Father's Day 2013!

Believe it or not, I had blonde, blonde hair like Brooklyn when I was little too.

So much joy

  1. Hi sweet family, just did a random check to see if there was a new post by chance and was delighted to see there was one. The bubbles are wonderful entertainment and will never be outdated as my oldest son will be 53 in August and he loved them. Back in the dark ages, my mother made bubbles for me. She took a small thin bar of used white soap, put it in a saucer with a little water then rubbed a wooden spool over the soap and carefully blew through the hole in the other end of the spool. Great memories that prove bubbles are timeless. It's heartwarming to see how happy they are to have their daddy back. Enjoy every moment of these young years as they really fly by !! Sending love, prayers, and blessings, "Mrs. Lynn"
