We have been getting up once in the middle of the night to change Brooklyn so her bum can heal. Whenever she has a dirty diaper, we have been rinsing her off, using a hair blow dryer to dry her (thanks Ashley for that tip!), applying neosporin, using the dryer, spraying on a liquid bandage called No sting spray by nexcare, using the dryer and then slabbing triple paste on her, and it has healed SO much. The blood also has not been there hardly at all (only 1 speck) for a whole day! Praise God!
For those of you interested in what a schedule looks like for triplets, this is the one we are tentatively trying to do, but I'm sure it will change a million times (got the ideas from moms on call and mostly, the book Twelve hours sleep in twelve weeks).
